Capt. Avinash has served with the Indian Army and led teams at various conflict regions notably among them, world’s highest battlefield of Siachen Glacier. He brings with him invaluable experience of managing people, resources and crisis management.

As a young officer in Indian Army, he has gone through a rigorous process of selection, training and on - field performance. After leaving Indian Army he has worked with RBI, the apex bank of the country and has been instrumental in modernizing and optimizing security processes to create a solid, redundant and proactive secured environment for the bank’s critical buildings and premises.

Mr. Dhruv Pandya brings with him an interesting mix of diverse skills and experience. He has worked from executive to top management level positions in various organizations. His domain of experience includes Information Technology, BPO/KPO, Private Equity and Venture Funding, Real Estate, Movie Production etc.

At Esec, he looks after functions like Legal/Compliance, Systems Training, Finance and Accounting, Operations, Vendor/Channel Partner Programs. His expertise in understanding the next generation technology and adapting quickly to integrate them in security systems is invaluable in Security Systems Integration.
